Elizabeth Allen is Managing Director of Minnesota Productions and Partnerships for Twin Cities Public Television (tpt). In that capacity, she oversees all broadcast and new media associated with local partnership, grant and contract-based productions. The majority of this work focuses on tpt’s partnership with nonprofit and public service organizations to reach a broader audience by creating mission-centered programs that leverage the power of storytelling for positive impact in the community.

Shari Lamke has been with tpt for several years in various capacities. She began as an engineer while she explore creative outlets outside of tpt. She expanded into operational leadership before moving into creative leadership in Minnesota Productions & Partnerships. Here, she helps bring a creative eye to a series of wildly varied partner conversations and folds them into a solid-if constantly shifting-set of production plans that provide real mission value to a huge variety of Minnesotans from across the state.
Shari has also produced many programs for the Minnesota Channel including Concussions & Female Athletes and Media Coverage and Female Athletes with the University of Minnesota and a series of programs with Spirit in the House! on the topic of Forgiveness. She has served as Producer and Executive Producer for programs of a historical nature that promote understanding within diverse world cultures, while sensitively handling difficult political subject matter, from the American Genocide to the Holocaust to the Civil War and the U.S.-Dakota War of 1862.

Kate Gibson brings 13 years of experience to tpt’s Director of Production position. In her role, she helps to shepherd tpt’s projects from vision to fruition. She works with the partnership managers to bid and contract assets as well as tracking them to completion in the interest of serving our partners.
For over a decade, she has produced a large variety of television content, all with the purpose of inspiration, education and illumination. She believes in the power of media to bring communities together and could not be more excited to be a part of the tpt team to help further their mission statement of enriching lives through the power of media. A graduate of Northwestern University, Kate is a recent transplant to the Twin Cities.
